When is mobile service not suitable?
Work that requires workshop equipment is not performed on location — such as heavy engine repairs, major bodywork, painting, and gearbox work. In those cases we arrange a tow truck to the appropriate branch.
Can my request be converted to a towing request?
Yes. If the fault turns out to need the workshop, we arrange a tow truck, and tow fees are communicated clearly before dispatch.
Do I need to know the fault in advance?
No. Describing the symptoms you notice is enough. Whether the service can be completed on location depends on the type of fault, the vehicle's location, and the tools or parts required.
Is an estimate given before work starts?
